Accusations should not be made without 'proof', says America
They were refering to India's accusations of Pakistani intelligence/powers that be being involved in the Mumbai attacks in November 08.
Obviously the dictum doesn't apply when it comes to US invasion of Iraq. Indian Government does not have the flair nor guts to ask this guy to shut the f*** **.
