Read this article on CNN.Raphael Lemkin defines genocide as " the destruction of national, racial and religious groups an international crime". If you look at the past 1000 years of Indian history, Islamic forces have consistently attacked Indian civilization, culture, people and enough blood has flowed on the streets of India to fill the River Ganga.The genocidal attacks continue to this day. From the days of terror in Punjab and Delhi, from Air India bombings, to Kashmir in 1987 through this day, from Mumbai 1993 to Mumbai 2008.This blood lust of Islamic forces for the Hindu blood has not subsided in the past thousand years.

When I went to India last year, I happened to read S.L.Bhyrappa's "AVARANA", a must read. I then had to visit Delhi on official business (well, actually it was Noida) and took this opportunity to visit Taj Mahal, and, yes, Mathura. I was shocked to find that the security forces wouldn't let me carry in my own camera. The reason was quite obvious. The Jami Masjid mosque, built on the ruins of a glorious Keshav Dev (Krishna Janmabhoomi!) temple, by Aurangazeb, stands glaringly pointing to the 1000 years of history of the place. Starting with Mahmud Ghazni in 1018 A.D, the temples built on these premises were destroyed thrice in 500 years. Can you imagine the EVIL that makes you want to be so vindictive as to come back for hundreds of years and destroy something held in such reverence by the Hindus? That is Islamic fascism, obscurantism and terrorism for you. This is how the religion began its existence, this is how it survives to this day. Anyway, I'm digressing. I'd read this book two days earlier, and then I visit this little temple built by the side of the BIG mosque, in which is housed the birthplace of Krishna Lalla, the actual prison room in which Krishna was supposedly born. Now, I am not a terribly religious person, though I believe in Hinduism, but tears welled in my eyes when I walked around this temple. I told myself, NEVER AGAIN. Never again will Hindu religion, its culture and people be attacked by hate filled ideologists, murdering and rampaging thieves, never again. We have an army that can kick ass, we have an economic prowess that will defeat any force that tries to impose jazia on us. I cried there. You could see the green domes of the mosque on the top left corner of the image.

I think the "Never Again" part of this story was a bit premature. Jihadis invaded India on November 26th, 2008. They walked with impunity onto the shores of India, went over to hotels, cafes and hospitals, shot and killed people with wanton and cruelty, spilled the blood of Indians on our streets *yet again*. What is the point in having a powerful Navy, when you have corrupt coast guards who will let criminal gangs smuggle in RDX, guns and narcotics? What is the point in having an army, when your borders can be left unguarded by imbecile administrations?What is the point in having a police force that works as henchmen for Dawood Ibrahim or his fellow gangsters, what is the point in having an administration that would let terrorists obtain ration cards and passports for a few thousand rupees. I am so sorry that the great civilization called India is withering up in this fashion. The nikamma Sardar Manmohan Singh is only warming the seat for Rahul Gandhi. There is nothing stoking in the fire for now, that shows any promise of a great leadership for India. At least US has the new President elect Obama to hope for a turning tide, what does India have? Other than the economic progress that is largely to be attributed to the economic boom in other parts of the globe.

What a night! What a blow away result, and what an acceptance speech!
I was watching an almost "Naaniruvude nimagaagi" moment there, very moving and very profound and dignified acceptance of victory. There was no belittling of the defeated, and an open message of offer of an olive branch to the "enemy camp". Just amazing. It was very emotional to see grown white women come to tears, men yelling in approval at mention of each "Yes we can". I sincerely believe this is the only country on Earth that this could happen, the innate goodness of human beings, decent folks at their hearts that could achieve something so transformational. It was overwhelming to hear the amazing story of a 106 year old black lady in Atlanta who has lived to see this day come true, to be able to come vote for an African American President. It could have ended there, but the way Obama interlaced her history with that of America, its ups and downs and the victories against racism, fascism,communism, was awe inspiring. I only hope this list will include terrorism, in this decade.

McCain's conceding speech was extremely gracious, a glaring contrast from the shrill and lewd campaign in the past few months. It is for the first time that I was able to eke out some sympathy for McCain. You could see welling tears in his eyes, his wife nowhere to be seen around while Sarah Palin was all tears. Well, it's almost poetic justice that came four years in the making. 2000 and 2004, both elections that were so close and Right wing fraud took them away. The same machinery was at work, showing ads that had Jeremy Wright dishing out his venom and this, inspite of McCain's promise not to exploit that issue. I wonder why Obama campaign never used the Alaska Secessionist angle or the Keating Five or Gordon Liddy for that matter.

I would love to see what the rabid right "whingers" might be frothing now. Good to see them get their rabies shots. The fat pig, especially.

Every body was somewhere, all right. I remember that morning like I remember this morning..In fact no, I don't remember what I did this morning. I digress.
I woke up and walked straight to my computer, I refreshed the Yahoo finance pages to monitor my financial downfall, and moved to Rediff. It said "World Trade Center attacked". No linky, just a blurb. You got to be kidding, right. I switch on CNN, and being in California, three hours into the attack already, I watched the first tower collapse ALL the way. My God, NO. I am yelling out to my wife, look, they have bombed the World Trade Center. What?! Impossible.
Oh my God, there must be a few hundred thousand people working in those two towers all right. How could they kill so many people? It's such a wonderful piece of architecture, how can they just bump a plane into it?
Watching so many people throw themselves from the towers to escape the wrath of the blaze, objects falling from the plane as it made an impact into the tower, they are still sick memories that wouldn't leave me for the rest of my life.

It was personal for me. I had been there,earlier, showing my parents around. We had shopped around in the basement, ridden the subway PATH to New Jersey from there. And this wasn't the first time. We'd visited the place way back in 98, and I still remember the awesome Pizza we had eaten in a joint down below the WTC. The sneaky Italian who had sold us two large gourmet pizzas for an amount that he had pocketed. I don't know if they all survived.

I remember calling NPR talk of the nation the next day.. My only angst was, was destruction the only thing these people knew?! They have never known innovation, they have never known enterprise, but all they know is the sword, and now bombs!

My second kid was only 11 days into the world, and we were living in seventh heaven, until these bastards crashed it with planes. I think the mood that permeated since those times has lasted in this country, thanks to the 8 years of misrule by the Bush coterie. It hasn't left our lives. Eroded every bit of the oomph and joy that lasted the last five years of the 90s, the dot com boom, the Gold rush, Nasdaq 5000.. Everything, down the drain.

Rudy Guliani has nothing to speak of but 9/11, ever since his Presidential campaign. No, I corect myself, he used the same scare tactics during the Republican Convention 2004. I used to think highly of this scum, in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. He's only a merchant of death, trying to profit from terror.

Please don't invest billions of dollars on "research for alternate energy". Please don't waste our money any more on empty research. Here's what you do.
There are millions of square miles between here where I live and out there in the deserts, canyons, ravines and boondocks of Sierra Nevada, Utah and Arizona, completely uninhabited, hostile territories, completely barren of any meaningful vegetation. Please, please, for heavens sake, just go plunk in all the solar panels and all the wind turbines that you can lay your hands on. Invest those $40 billion that you promised to invest on "research", on these instead, and your prayers are answered. Nay, America's prayers are answered. Perhaps that of the world.
Our dependency on Saudi oil, and presence in Iraq, will be totally meaningless and they can go take a hike. All the Sunni Wahabi jugheads will die of bankruptcy and will not brew trouble in rest of the world.

Years ago, when I heard Terry Gross interview this guy on "Fresh Air", I was left frothing in the mouth. He's quite a character, if you listen to him talk, and I was immediately convinced, this was the villain of the century. I wrote to Terry immediately, on reaching office, not wasting a second. Why wouldn't she ask him about the left overs in Afghanistan, that had not been cleaned up, why wouldn't she ask him about his hatred for India that has left him unapologetic about the spillover of Afghanistan into Kashmir, and the subsequent loss of hundreds of thousands of lives, thereafter. Not to mention its lasting effect and the zillions of "terror cells" that now span the subcontinent.

Well, after watching the movie and following up with actually reading the book, I only mellowed in my opinion, just a bit. After reading a nasty report from a planted Obama campaign, about Clintons being allegedly responsible for job loss to India, from the Obama quarters, I decided I would go for McCain this November, if at all I could vote, that is.
And then I heard the "50 years or 100 years in Iraq" and "Wish he joined his friend Marx" (referring to Fidel Castro, after he stepped down due to ill-health) comments from McCain dude. All my respect for McCain's alleged service to nation vaporized. I am kind of left orphaned in my quest for whom to support or vote, this time around. I had at least hatred for the Bush administration to guide me in earlier elections, darn, I couldn't vote then.

This dude talks much about Reagan. Shouldn't speak ill of dead people, especially if they happened to be charming, handsome and popular actors. Then there's also the case that people deal with the cards they are dealt with, the way they do, there's no rationalizing or analyzing with 20/20 hindsight wisdom. But, isn't Reagan, singlehandedly responsible for the ugly Islamic militancy and terrorism, all in the name of ridding the world off Communism?
The scums supported Afghan Mujaheddin in their quest for "freedom", and laid to waste the Soviet Union. I have no sympathy for Soviet Union, but looking at the way Russia is transpiring today, against America if you do read the currents, wasn't it all a heck of waste?
Kashmir problem, which was non-existent until the Soviets left Afghanistan, suddenly blazed in full fury after 1988. Al-Qaeda has now taken the place of the Soviets, Afghanistan still burns, and threatens to burn the neighborhood. Pakistan is wasted beyond repair, and they satiate their blood lust in India. I passed my Citizenship test today. Yooo hoo. Well. Not really.
The heart searing part of having to give up my passport of 14 years standing didn't happen today. That's going to be the hard part of this deal.

Of course, the more I think about it, the more pointless it all seems to be.

Dwindling currency of US in its international stature, fallen dollar, oil threatening to throttle the economy, fears of depression, or the questions about its impending length, the war, and the fact that I am funding this monstrosity, makes me wonder if I have boarded the train a tad late, as is my habit always.

And then I look at India, (that I still view from my time frozen snapshot of 1995 and crave for those golden old days), the current insipid leadership, the quotas, never ending disputes, current generation of get rich quick yuppies that seem to be the norm than ever before, corruption, pollution, traffic and burgeoning population that only seems to get worse by the day, makes me think about my lopsided patriotism (as somebody seemed to comment), or the emotional bond with India, as I like to call, if it's worth holding on to that place that only seems to be as real as a dream now.
It doesn't help that the yuppies have actually made the place as expensive and economically inviable as living in California..well, almost.

Watched the Kannada movie Galipata last weekend, and it did leave some pleasant after-taste.
The movie, while story line has been sequenced with a string of close to untenable situations, is still not all that bad, and in fact could be seen as a clone of Mungaru Male. A group of three boys in trouble, fleeing from their miseries, end up in a lovely hill station, most conveniently adapted by the story to be an ancestral home for one of the boys. And most conveniently, three girls await them, and that too at a friend of the grandfather of one of the boys.
What stands out is the stunning photography, shot amidst the hills of Kodachadri, Agumbe and Thirthahalli, the most beautiful and pristine green places in Karnataka. What also stands out are the dialogs, and rendered so beautifully by Anant Nag, Ganesh, Rajesh Krishnan and Digant, to mention a few. Daisy Boppanna, the model/actress, has few words to say through the entire movie but stands out for her simple beauty, pitch black hair and elegance. Ganesh, I don't know if all Bangalore "padde hudugaru" speak the same Kannada dialect these days, makes you laugh with the fresh language that is devoid of obscenities, so common in most Kannada movies these days. I keep hearing from folks back home that the most likable aspect of Mungaru Male was not necessarily the story, but screenplay that had no obscenities and the most enjoyable dialogs, not to mention the haunting melodies. Songs from Galipata, while very well rendered, do not stand out in the same class, but I still rank them better than the ones they all go to Switzerland,Malaysia or Czechoslovakia to shoot. "Minchagi Neenu Bande" and "Kavithe" do manage to linger in memory for a while, and some how my kids took fancy to "Na dheem dheem tana" song :)

I cannot forget the striking colors, through the entire movie, that go so well in contrast with the green hills and floating clouds. The sight of clouds rubbing shoulders with the hills at Agumbe made me home sick.
Last time I had driven down to Agumbe, with my entire family, a good ten years ago, with every intention to stay for at least a day and enjoy the fabled rains and sun set. Pity, accommodation was pretty bad, and the sole guest house we knocked the doors on, had broken down toilets, cobwebs hanging around, and a dank, musty interior, and the caretaker was apologetic all over. We took some pictures around and left.
I have not watched enough Kannada movies to make out if the Tamil culture of experimenting with fresh faces has caught on, and I still keep hearing the names of the Rajkumar clan and Sudeep more often than not, but it was refreshing to see some fresh faces and some old ones from my generation.
I am sure to watch this movie all over, if I can, on the DVD.

And then Kannada Rakshana Vedike members choose this occasion to protest against lack of representation for Kannadigas in the Railways. Lalu Maharaj gets pissed, and when a reporter asks him whether Kannadigas are going to have any reservation for Railway jobs in Karnataka, Lalu quips "dirty people". Whoa. Biharis go looking for job every where. There is no place in India that does not have Bihari migrants. It's not the other way. If one travels by train into Bihar, you would be able to discern the lawlessness begin at its borders. You cannot drive into certain parts of Patna without paying "mamool". You cannot find a movie theater that does not have folks open up liquor bottles. This guy has the temerity to throw the epithet "dirty people" at Kannadigas!

The ongoing controversy about alleged racial taunting that Australian cricket player Symonds was subject to, enters a new chapter with BCCI deciding to display "anti-racial messages" during games.
It's amusing to see ICC warning BCCI to "abide by anti-racism code". Anybody remember the Javed Miandad incident in Australia? Or Mike Denness's handing of suspensions, warnings and bans for six Indian players in an alleged ball tampering incident?
When Alan Donald abused Rahul Dravid, it was not racial. When players from Australia or England taunt Indians racially, including the likes of McGrath, Bond and Flintoff, it is shrugged off. When Indians step an inch forward in that line, they are handed fines and bans of all kind.

BCCI uses Indian players like slaves, to fill its coffers. Just imagine the number of one day and 20/20 games these players have played, in this year alone. It goes without saying that BCCI is the richest sports body in the world, if I may add the word "almost" with little doubt in my mind that it's almost true. . There is very little expected of ICC in delivering justice to players from the sub continent. At least the Sri Lankan board stood by Muralidharan in his fight against the chucking allegations, while BCCI let down Harbhajan Singh so badly. The 'asouls' have not had the guts or integrity to stand by its players, and fight the racist ICC.

Deve Gowda, the cancer of Karnataka

Apparently the peer of Ramakrishna Hegde during their days of infatuation with Socialist Shanta Veere Gowda, this feudalist has done zilch for the state of Karnataka or its farmers, whom he claims to represent. Other than stabbing Hegde in his back, despite their common background, this cancer has nothing much to claim in terms of either public administration or service. Sheer arrogance, feudal attitude, lies, and cronyism are the hall mark of this vermin.
When his son Kumaraswamy took a leaf from his father's books and did one in on Dharam Singh, Deve Gowda "disowned" him, as part of the biggest publicly staged drama. Then he "forgave" him, after some time. It looked like he was doing fine on the charade he had put in after the coup, and he didn't really like his son's treachery. But then I read this haggle for transfer of power to BJP. Mind you, this comes within 48 hrs after Deve Gowda suggested that the time was "inauspicious" for power transfer!

Now I don't have any high esteem or expectations from Yediyurappa. His life time ambition has been to become the Chief Minister of Karnataka, and his accomplishments as leader of BJP and a politician in the past few decades are questionable. He has divided the party in his fight against Ananth Kumar and between them they have no integrity or desire to serve the party and state.
But how long can Karnataka deal with its leukemia, that of this Deve Gowda clan, their real estate wheelie dealies in and around Bangalore (Deve Gowda Petrol bunk, anybody?!!), and the itch to be in power from generations to generations?

This one set me crack- a -lacking. Authorities actually stopped Shilpa Shetty at Mumbai airport while she was on her way to Berlin for a "musical performance" (read, ITEM NUMBERS!) and "questioned" her in a "obscenity case" involving a kiss from Richard Gere at a public function. Mind you, this happened five months ago, and they stopped her at the airport only now? I don't get it. Shilpa Shetty, and all "two bit actresses" of her genre, have been involved in movie scenes you wouldn't want to be caught watching, or at least not when your kids and mother are round.
One swim suit scene from the movie Baazigar merits special attention, at least from me. Shilpa wears a swim suit that has such a narrow and thin line at the "G" spot you can almost spot the split, if you know what I mean. I wondered then, how ever it got past our censors. Of course, a $20 bill equivalent always works with Indian babus.
And then the likes of Mallika Sherawat, the 'item number' Queen of Bollywood movies, and of course, the bold and the beautiful Bipasha Basu, have set Bollywood screen on fire. There's very little left for imagination, these days in Indian cinema, and what's funny is you can always see kids go with their parents to watch these movies. In terms of obscenity, Hollywood hasn't seen anything like item numbers and "cabaret songs" from our movies. More explicit stuff could be shown in more decent ways.
Old songs from those golden days of the 60s and 70s have been defaced with current genre "remix" videos, and wannabe Item number queens are ready to do *anything* in those videos, *anything*. Where are these guardians of public morality while these remix songs, movies and item numbers are stripping children of their innocence, kindling lust in a sex starved (at least thus far!) society? Are we sure Shilpa didn't slip a $20 bill in the hands of those authorities to have her "arrested"? Hmmm.

Pakistan derides threat from bin Laden

Of course they would ridicule the "threat". Of course they would appear brave in front of their "Global war on terror" masters, for more $$ sops and more quota in garment export.
Of course, when the time comes, even Bin Laden is not indispensable, only "an offer they cannot refuse" has not been made yet. If after these many years of interaction in their "Global war on terror", if the U.S has still not made the case that ISI and Al Qaeda are two faces of the same scumbag coin, they are total nincompoops (which they are not), or are playing a larger game of which we have no clue and control. Suits fine with me, I grew up on a steady diet of Robert Ludlum and never stop believing in those high conspiracy theories. At least I know why so many Jews didn't turn up for work on 9/11, ROTFL.

Gloomy days

I read this header in a Usenet group article. And felt this way while on way from work, listening to Quake Radio/Air America with Randy Rhodes.
Randy was talking about the assault on Reverend Yearwood while he was standing in line to attend the Congressional hearing of General "Betray us" Petraeus (BTW, did you know Gen.Betray Us intends to run for President in 2012?!!) on September 11th. There was another lady who seems to be a regular protester/activist in Washington D.C who narrated how she and many other activists are harassed by the police, charged with all kinds of misdemeanors (assault, resistance, you name it) and prevented from attending rallies, threatened with expulsion from D.C if arrested again! A simple holding of a banner expressing anti-war sentiments can lead you to arrest and they can actually produce you in court, on frivolous charges, and then they have the gall to put you in jail for six months if you are going to repeat your behavior!

I have heard of police beating up anti-war protesters in San Francisco. Now how much of a disorderly conduct were they indulging in, is questionable. But to imagine the greatest democracy in the world ( a pinch of sarcasm intended as well) treating its citizenry with this kind of contempt and cruelty for expressing their freedom of speech, is simply depressing.
Does this happen only during evil regimes or is this how it's been all along, while presenting a facade of democracy to the world, often going to remote corners of the globe to ensure the same? My question was answered in the same hour of the programme, when the guest narrated how even Hilary Clinton ensures that hecklers and known "trouble makers" are denied access to political rallies.
Is this the beginning of the end for democracy as we know it? Which reminds me of the "The Forum" talk show on NPR that I heard this morning. The topic was "Capitalism and Democracy". Former secretary of labor Robert B. Reich talked about his latest book in which he discusses how the advent of supercapitalism in the past few decades has actually eroded democracy in America!
Contrary to how things happen back home in India, a simple business decision of opening a superstore in a locality is often put to referendum and voting, out here. I actually began to see the power of democracy, when I saw such voting for election measures, education policies and what not. Contrast this to how it trickles down from "the High Command" in India and people accept it, protesting or not.
And now you have private military, police high handedness in dealing with civil liberties (For heavens sake, somebody was arrested for holding out a copy of the Constitution and *reading it*)
Having watched the tamasha of Indian democracy being run by the likes of Sonia Gandhi, DeveGowda and Lalu/S yed Shahabuddin, it tickles me to think that we simply held America in too much of an awe, they are nothing more or nothing less than us. It also makes me worried, whether the bar was never held, if it has been a hoax all along.

Paks, "allies", all lies

Back in the good days when CNN forum was more open and free, there was an India-Pak discussion board that opened up after our Nuclear test hungama. It stayed well until after September 11, 2001. I remember some really, really intense internet fight. When it got really ugly and there was some abuse of Islam, CNN was threatened with a lawsuit from ACLU (or was it the American Muslims?) and they shut down the forum. We moved to Peoplesforum.com, a more open and free forum for discussions of any kind. It's a pity this wonderful venue doesn't exist anymore. Thank you, Lance Brown, for all the three years of fun and zesty fights!
Anyway, I'm digressing.
A few days after Sep 11, 01, a story ran in Rediff.com (and of course, many a newspaper, including Indian Express, I think), linking the ransom paid for the kidnap/release of a Kolkata based businessman, and how the money ran its course to Syed Omar Sheikh, and how he subsequently wired the funds amounting to $100,000 to Mohammed Atta, the evil hero of the twin tower tragedy. Just a few days before the tragedy.
In October 01, when Afghanistan was being bombarded, the forum was busy as usual, with the right wing hawks and liberal freaks thrashing it out. What I distinctly remember is every Desi worth his salt coming out to post a link to this story, pointing the obvious connection between Pakis and 9/11. Nobody paid attention to it. Everybody accused us of bashing Pakistan, the "staunchest ally in the global war against terrorism". Not even when the 9-11 Commission Report came out, not a single mention of these funds, routed all the way from kidnapping of a Kolkata businessman, funding the deadliest terrorist deed so far in the history of man kind. Is it the conspiracy theorist in me, or did not the United States govt want even a semblance of investigation into this angle? Why is it that to this day Indian publications carry this story around, but not a single American media outlet carries a whiff of this story!? Is Indian media lying? Or does America doesn't want to hear the inconvenient truth?
This article in Rediff.com carrying the review of a book by Observer Research Group(?) is a chilling reminder of the duplicity of General Musharraf. And a user comment in the forum says it all, I've reproduced it verbatim from Rediff.

Just when you think you've seen it all. We've all heard of seat grabbers, the first thing that comes to one's mind when you hear that is a politician. And not to deny the probability that politicians could and would be involved in the racket, but students from rural areas are actually being physically threatened and coerced to give up their hard earned seats in Engineering colleges!

One has seen the gradual erosion of all societal structures and values in India, and just when you think the country cannot sink any lower, you have land grabbing political mafia snatching coveted real estate in Bangalore and elsewhere. And now this. When you have sections of society prey on everything and everyone that is in their purview, where does it leave our 5000 year civilization. Can you imagine surviving the next century, forget the millennium? I think Winston Churchill has to be credited for his foresight when he predicted Britain would be making the biggest mistake in turning over the India to " a set of rascals, bandicoots and scoundrels, who would loot India, and tax even water and air”. With all IT/BPO/Bio Med led prosperity the country is seeing only in urban pockets, notwithstanding new initiatives in agricultural products reaching the consumer without Shylocks eating their pound of flesh, the country is rapidly deteriorating in every other arena. Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? Is our newfound prosperity adequate to trickle down or bubble up for a more equitable distribution? Are we going to stop breeding these vultures eating their own kith and kin?

After reading the headline "No evidence to prove existence of Ram, Center to SC", I found this fine article on Rediff.com from Tarun Vijay. I quote these lines that would slap you in the face if you were any self-respecting Government of a "secular democracy".
"It is ironical that a government which changes the metro rail route to protect the Qutub Minar, built with the material of destroyed temples, stops a corridor to protect the Taj Mahal's surroundings and spends crores of rupees to showcase ancient potteries and jewellery in heavily guarded museums, is destroying a unique symbol of national identity and an icon well preserved in our minds since ages. Even a child knows that a bridge was built by the friends of Lord Rama using floating stones and Rama's army marched over it to Lanka to rescue Sita and destroy the evil regime of Ravana"

One could understand such brutality and callousness if it happened in the regime of the likes of Aurangzeb. What one does not understand is why UPA Government is hell bent on completing this project, despite severe protestation by Hindus, Christians,Muslims and evnironmentalists alike.

Of course, the UPA Government led by the impotent Manmohan Singh, is in the evil grips of Sonia Gandhi and her family on one side, and the leftist bastards on the other side, and the dual prongs have all but castrated our once brave Sardar.
One had heard Rs.8 crores change hands to get the then Bangalore Municipalty Commissioner Ravindra removed, during S.M Krishna's regime. The evil first family of India was apparently the benefactor. Who knows what the stakes are now that this project *must* be completed, or the funds for fighting the next election might be a bit hard to supplement..

BJP dudes, this is a "Ram" given opportunity, and I hope you do understand this is a clarion call, a higher calling in the making. Advani must get ready for another Rath yathra, and unlike the previous screw up of Ram Janam Bhoomi build up of political goodwill among the middle classes, I hope the bumbling idiots
can stop their infighting and make it to the center this time around!
